| Form UHO 1-21 – Lease Termination Request If you wish to have your lease terminated, please complete Form UHO 1-21 – Lease Termination Request and indicate whether you will terminate your lease on your lease expiration date or at an earlier date. To avoid any penalty in rent, please send your form to the University Housing Office no later than thirty 30 days prior to your requested lease termination date. |
| Form UHO 2-23 – Lease Extension Request Current tenants will receive a letter with instructions on completing the lease extension form approximately four months prior to the expiration of their lease. Tenants are responsible for returning their Form UHO 2-23 – Lease Extension Request, no less than two months prior to their lease expiration.To be eligible for a lease extension, the tenant responsible for the lease must meet the eligibility requirements in RP 9.209 and EP 9.230, and be in good standing with the University Housing Office. |
