| The Environmental Compliance Program monitors the University’s compliance with environmental regulations as they apply to the University, such as compliance with the University’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit, annual reporting of hazardous materials under the Emergency Planning and Community-Right-to-Know Act, and managing the University’s spill prevention, control and countermeasure program. |
