Please do not include diacritical markings (‘okina, kahakō, apostrophes, etc.) or symbols (#, etc.) on your dual credit application. Application forms may not be submitted if diacritical markings or symbols are included, and we are still in the process of trying to resolve this issue.
*If you are interested and qualify for the GEAR UP Running Start Scholarship, please be sure to select “Yes” under the “I meet all of the(se) eligibility requirements and would like to be considered for a GEAR UP Running Start Scholarship” field on the dual credit application. Your application form must be submitted online prior to the scholarship deadline for the semester. As a reminder, 9 of the 10 University of Hawaiʻi campuses participate in the Running Start program; the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa does not participate in the Running Start program, so students are not able to receive a GEAR UP Running Start Scholarship for use at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.
