Jennifer Mercado has worked with the center since 2015. As a student worker, she assisted the center with community outreach for three years. In January 2018, she joined the center’s core team as a full-time academic support professional. Ms. Mercado handles financial, student, and employee records, as well as maintains the daily operations of the center’s main office. She provides administrative and technical support of all functions of the center and department. Ms. Mercado graduated with a BA in English and has experience in website development, graphic design, event photography, and maintaining social media. She designed many promotional materials such as fliers, brochures, and websites for the center’s events and programs.
