Today has finally arrived…Day 1 of Blue Pacific: Reclaiming Oceania Futures, the 7th annual Center for Pacific Islands Studies student conference. CPIS sends its deepest mahalo to the students of the planning committee – Joy Enomoto, Chair and Graduate Assistant, Austin Haleyalpiy,Outreach Assistant, and Trish Tupou, Graduate Assistant – who have worked tirelessly for several months, going above and beyond their duties to ensure that the next two days will be impactful, meaningful, and full of aloha.
