CIS Ph.D. Student Camaryn Yokota Named 2024 Dan J. Wedemeyer Excellence in Teaching Award Recipient

A big congratulations to Camaryn Yokota, a CIS Ph.D. student and the 2024 recipient of the Dan J. Wedemeyer Excellence in Teaching Award! This well-deserved recognition celebrates her exceptional contributions as a graduate student instructor. Cami has taught in both Communications and Communicology, and her teaching evaluations consistently rank among the highest for both student and faculty instructors.

The award, named after the late Emeritus Professor Dan J. Wedemeyer, honors his legacy of mentorship and impactful teaching within the School of Communication and Information and the CIS Ph.D. Program.
