The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) allows you to save on your Internet bill by providing a $30 monthly discount on a high-speed Internet subscription. Today, over 60,000 Hawai‘i households are enrolled in the program.

As of February 2024, the ACP entered its wind-down period. The application and enrollment period for the Affordable Connectivity Program ended on February 7, 2024. All residents currently enrolled in the program are expected to receive the full benefit through April 2024, when funding under the ACP is expected to be fully expended.
