WHEREAS Professional training and credentialling of Architects currently is a longer process than necessary and
WHEREAS The College of Architecture has proposed an innovative solution to this problem and
WHEREAS the proposed program has been reviewed and found to be of sound design
Therefore, be it RESOLVED THAT The Faculty Senate supports establishing a Professional Doctorate of Architecture (Arch.D) degree and elimination of the existing Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Architecture degrees.
