CAB MEMORANDUM WITH COMMENTS

July 5, 2012

To: Bob Cooney, Chair, MFS Executive Committee
From: Doug Vincent, Chair, CAB
Subject: Conflicts of Interests & Commitment Executive Policy Revisions & new Administrative Policy.

I apologize for the delay in getting the collective responses to you. The request was sent out to CAB on June 20, 2012 requesting comments but the committee was not convened to discuss this issue. The five responses received did not have particular issues with the proposed policy. Some made comments about the expansion of the language as part of the policy and some commented that it must be based upon a need to “satisfy a federal requirement.” Although, no vote was taken, those responding did not see any issues with the new policy.
