Instructions for the Manoa Faculty Senate Open Discussion List

To join the list

1. Go to listserv.hawaii.edu and click on Subscriber's Corner and logon to LISTSERV
   • See login in left panel
   • Login requires your email address and a new password, not your email/UH login password
   • You can get a password on this page
2. After logging on, select All Lists in the Show option in the navagation sidebar
3. Press the Submit button to refresh the List Table
4. Check the boxes next to the lists that you want to subscribe to
5. At the bottom of the List Names column, select the Subscribe option
6. Press the Submit Changes button

To Unsubscribe to a List

1. Go to listserv.hawaii.edu and click on Subscriber's Corner and logon to LISTSERV (See above)
2. At the main screen, you should see a listing of all the different lists that you are currently subscribed to
3. Check the box next to each list you want to leave
4. At the bottom of the List Names column, select the Unsubscribe option
5. Press the Submit Changes button

You will then receive all announcements and communications of the Senate and emails submitted to the discussion list. For further assistance, please send an e-mail to the webmaster.

To send email to the entire list, address your message to uhm-faculty-senate@hawaii.edu.

Note: you must be a current subscriber to post messages to the list
