I. Purpose

To set forth policy on the president’s authority regarding the sale or consumption of liquor on campus.

II. Definitions

No policy specific or unique definitions apply.

III. Board of Regents Policy

A. The president shall have the authority to determine and establish policies on the sale or consumption of liquor for each of the campuses of the university system and that the sale or consumption of liquor at the campuses will not be permitted until the president establishes such policies.

IV. Delegation of Authority

A. The president shall have the authority to determine and establish policies on the sale or consumption of liquor for each of the campuses of the university system and that the sale or consumption of liquor at the campuses will not be permitted until the president establishes such policies. See RP 11.202(A).
