  • There are vehicles on my account that I no longer own. How do I correct this?
    Currently, only the Parking Office can change the vehicle information in users' accounts. Please use our online form to request a change.
  • The address on my account is wrong. How do I correct this?
    If you are a student, your address listed reflects your University of Hawaiʻi student registration information. Please make sure your information in Banner is accurate.

  • I want to add a vehicle to my account. How do I do this?
    After logging in, click on "Manage My Vehicles," then "Add Vehicle."
