Capital Improvements
This office plans, implements and integrates multi-campus capital improvements program (CIP) projects and long range physical development plans. It prepares the university’s CIP budget and provides administrative support for campus facilities offices in the implementation of repair and maintenance and smaller scale CIP projects.

The associate vice president for capital improvements is Brian Minaai.
