Law professor Antolini and colleagues present report to Legislature

As part of a two-year study commissioned by the State Legislature, UH Mānoa William S. Richardson School of Law professor Denise Antolini submitted a report on Hawaiʻi's environmental review system to the State Legislature on January 1, 2010.
 
The report was co-authored with UH Mānoa colleagues professor Karl Kim of the department of Urban and Regional Planning and Peter Rappa  of the Sea Grant Environmental Center.
 
The report includes draft legislation that is expected to be introduced this session to modernize Hawaiʻi's environmental review process. Several law students and graduates contributed to the research for the report: Lauren Wilcoxon, Everett Ohta, Greg Shimokawa, Anna Fernandez, and Cari Hawthorne.
