The story of two cops, each a parody of typical film genres. The first is a hard-nosed street cop who gets caught up in an unlikely romance with a protester. The other cop is an over-the-top parody of Film Noir detectives who meets a myriad of characters during his quest to defeat his nemesis, Mr. Big.
