Main Stage 2010 » Waiting for Godot

Written by Samuel Beckett
Directed by Markus Wessendorf

Waiting for Godot is surely the most indelible play of the twentieth century. Its central existential image of two tramps waiting for a benefactor who never seems to arrive and still waiting after they have vowed to move on, sums up a bleak world, but one not without humor or hope.
