Kokoko by Avdotia Smirnova

November 15, 2:30pm - 5:30pm
Mānoa Campus, Moore Hall

Want a glimpse into contemporary Russian life? Tired of only seeing male protagonists in all the popular American films? Come watch “KOKOKO” this Wednesday as part of Russian Film Week! You can learn about Russian life, watch strong female characters, and catch a glimpse of the always beautiful St. Petersburg. This movie is bound to make you laugh with the juxtaposition of these two supposedly opposite women, and you will recognize yourself and your best friend in them!

The film is introduced by a student who takes LLEA 355 Russan film course this fall semester
