Active Shooter HPD Presentation

September is National Campus Safety Awareness Month. The potential for an active shooter attack is a major concern at educational institutions across the U.S. Officer Jeff Labuguen of the Honolulu Police Department's Community Policing Team will conduct an Active Threat / Critical Incident presentation. He will discuss the background and history of the of the problem, describe the evolution of the police department’s response, and show us what to do in an active shooter situation. Please join us for this important presentation.
