Part of the Mauna Kea Film Screenings, First Light, a film seeking to highlight the competing forces for access and use of Mauna Kea, will be screened and immediately followed by a panel, moderated by Dr. Daniel Boylan, featuring representatives from the Institute of Astronomy.
