Waikiki Parc Features Nate Ditzler

Nate Ditzler’s ceramic sculptures are highlighted in a new gallery as part of an expanded arts partnership of the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, the Halekulani and its sister hotel, the Waikiki Parc.

Ditzler explores the tension between the natural and the constructed worlds and how that tension informs facets of the human condition.

Among his accomplishments, Ditzler has participated in numerous group exhibitions in Hawaii and China. His work is in the collections of the Hawai‘i State Foundation on Culture and the Arts; the Mayor’s Office of Culture and the Arts; and Guan Ying Ge Buddhist Temple, Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Provence, China. He is currently pursuing a master's degree at West Virginia University.
