We will share ideas on healthy foods (and easy recipes) to add to your basic menus. For people who would like alternatives to chocolate, caffeine, dairy, wheat, salt, sugar, sodas, meat, and alcohol, we will suggest tasty choices. We'll look at processed foods, preservatives, and principles of nutrition according to Drs. Jensen, McDougall, Pritikin, Kushi, Shintani, and Blaylock to enhance digestion, we will practice Chi Kung.
