We have a new workout time! Wednesdays from 1p-2p, Biggest Loser Boot Camp sessions with Boot Camp Hawaii are available for ALL of HCC students, facutly and staff to join! Join us within the hour for some free fitness and fun, rain or shine and get some tips on being fit and healthy, not to mention some exercises that will be sure to get your blood pumping! Be sure to bring with you:
- Water Bottle
- Comfortable Clothing
- Athletic Shoes
- Large Towel
- A Fun & Positive Attitude!
