Taiko Drum and Dance

Choreography by UHM Dance Faculty and guest artists
Taiko and dance collaborations, live sound, and multi-cultural influences converge in this exciting program. Guest artist Kenny Endo is a leading spirit in contemporary taiko. He is Artistic Director of Taiko Center of the Pacific, a school of traditional Japanese drumming in Honolulu, and will be featured in this innovative program as music director, composer and performer.
