Art of Sushi

Learn to prepare the rice to make sushi roll (maki mono). Learn the technique of making futomaki, oshinko maki, kappa maki and tekkan maki in a FUN and informative class. Participants must bring to class: cutting board, knife, and bamboo mat (sudare).
