"Unlocking the Date Chest: Using HMSA Data to Examine Public Health Issues"
Dr. Deb Juarez will describe what type of data can be found at HMSA and how it can be used to address public health issues. She will present the methodology and results from three research projects:
1. Cost-effectiveness of flu vaccination in high risk members
2. Data-driven decision-making: Which groups should be targeted for intervention?
3. Factors related to getting to goal for LDL cholesterol among diabetic patients
