H. Doug Matsuoka is a founding director of Hawaii Guerrilla Video Hui, a group of video activists bringing the public stories overlooked by the commercial media. He has livestreamed raids on the homeless, protests, rallies, demonstrations, and interviews with politicians. His video has been used by public TV and the commercial news media.
