All current Personnel Administrative Procedures (APs) are on the World Wide Web. Due to the age of some of the APs some of the AP provisions may be in conflict with more current collective bargaining provisions. Be advised that the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement shall prevail.
The Office of Human Resources is making every effort to appropriately revise and correct the currently available APs. However the shear magnitude of revising all APs may take some time. Until such time that the AP's are corrected and made current, please bear in mind that information in the AP's may have to be checked against current collective bargaining agreements with the latter taking precedence.
