Lorna Arita-Tsutsumi
A professor of entomology with the College of Agriculture, Forestry and Natural Resource Management, Lorna Arita-Tsutsumi is the recipient of the Distinguished Service Award for Improving Student Life.
Arita-Tsutsumi is an advisor for the Registered Independent Student Organization Agriculture Club. The club was honored at the inaugural Vulcan Student Leadership Achievement Awards as a co-winner of the Outstanding RISO Service Award, while Arita-Tsutsumi shared the Outstanding Advisor Award.
She is described as a special individual who possesses a huge heart. Arita-Tsutsumi has a unique voice, knows how to get things done and is willing to try new things.
