Board of Regents announces public hearing on proposed parking amendments

Extended appeals process, parking fee and fine increases among items on agenda

A public hearing on proposed amendments to Hawaiʻi Administrative Rules governing regular parking fees, schedule of penalties for parking violations, appeals process, application procedures, and the Chancellor’s authority and priorities at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa is scheduled for May 23, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.  The hearing will be held in the Pacific Ocean Science and Technology (POST) Building, Room 126.
 
Individuals wishing or unable to appear at the hearing may send signed statements to the Secretary of the Board of Regents, University of Hawaiʻi, 2444 Dole Street, Room 209, Honolulu, HI  96822. Special needs or accommodations may be made by calling the Secretary of the Board at (808) 956-8213 before May 17, 2012.
