Global Chef Program - Colombia

Manoa Dining Services will be bringing Chef Joaquin Suarez of Colombia to the University of Hawaii at Manoa campus.

This effort is a part of Sodexo’s worldwide Global Chef program, that flies culinary leaders from around the world to educate as well as delight students with authentic plates of food from around the globe!

Chef Joaquin Suarez will be on campus from March 17th through 20th dazzling students with some authentic Colombian fare at Hale Aloha, Gateway Café and Campus Center Food Court.

Schedule:
Monday, March 17: Hale Aloha (4:30-8pm)
Tuesday, March 18: Campus Center Food Court (11-1pm)
Wednesday, March 19: Gateway Café (4:30-8pm)
Thursday, March 20: Campus Center - Cooking Demonstration (12pm-1pm)
