Earth Day @ UHM

April 22, 10:00am - 3:00pm
Mānoa Campus, Legacy Pathway

Earth Day hopes to give students and the larger campus community a working definition of sustainability and climate change. Through showcasing multi-departmental sustainability research from students and faculty at UH Manoa, educational efforts will have the ability to influence personal lifestyle choices and connect with our campus community in new and exciting ways.

The objective of Earth Day is to make "Saving The Planet" actionable for students through small behavioral changes that have large cumulative environmental impacts. The events will coordinate student extracurricular sustainability efforts, as well as showcase classroom and research efforts by pulling projects out of the classroom and put it all together, while keeping it simple and actionable.
